The Bill (Reg. No.0046) introduces the amendment that extends the range of infringements in the field of radiation safety, and sets extra requirements for the physical protection of nuclear material during its storage, use and transportation.
In case the amendment is introduced, the effect of the Convention will extend not only on nuclear materials, but also on nuclear facilities, which will enhance their physical protection and bear positive influence on the economy of Ukraine.
